Prosser is the birthplace of Washington wine country, the Benton County seat, and the far end of the Lower Valley for us. We side homes, rentals, tasting rooms and commercial buildings here and in the Horse Heaven Hills around it. Yakima Siding Pro repairs vinyl, fiber cement, James Hardie, wood, cedar and aluminum siding in Prosser: wind-lifted panels, hail and impact cracks, sun-faded brittle vinyl, woodpecker holes, rotten boards below windows and at the base of walls, and damage from sprinklers, vehicles and pets.

Prosser is windier than most of the valley, with hot, dry summers and cold winters. Wind lifts loose vinyl and drives dust into unsealed joints, and the sun on the Horse Heaven side of town is punishing on paint. In Prosser, water damage shows up where flashing was skipped: under windows, behind downspouts, at deck ledgers and along the bottom course where sprinklers hit the wall every night. We open those areas up, fix the sheathing and flashing, and close them back up properly.
About Siding Repair
Prosser has a historic downtown of early 1900s homes, 1950s through 70s ramblers in the neighborhoods, newer subdivisions on the hills, and vineyard and farm properties with outbuildings. Every Prosser repair comes with photos of what we found and what we did, a written quote before we start and the same cleanup we give a full installation.
We also repair the trim, soffit, fascia and window flashing around the damage in Prosser, because a siding repair on top of a rotten sill is not a repair.
Yakima Siding Pro serves Downtown Prosser, Wine Country Road, Horse Heaven Hills, Prosser Heights and every other Prosser neighborhood for siding repair. Prosser is about forty-five minutes from Wapato down Interstate 82.

In most cases, yes. We source matching profiles, pull material from an unseen wall when a color is discontinued, or repaint the section so the repair blends in.
